perfect stay near the eiffel tower!
great location friendly staff room upgrade
the location is amazing! a metro station is right across the street (so convenient!) and many great restaurants and cafés are close by. the hotel staff were also so great and the rooms are super clean after housekeeping everyday. i even got a free room upgrade.

the location proved convenient (it was near everything i wanted to visit). the room was very clean. i found the provided water and coffee in the room quite nice.
The doors were pretty loud. I was woken up once during the night. i found the elevators' hygiene to be less than ideal, particularly the floors. the rooms felt a bit small.

this location was fantastic. the metro stands right across the street. the staff was lovely, very helpful from arrival until departure. my room also came with a lovely eiffel tower VIEW.
my room was tiny. it was challenging to MANOEUVRE with luggage.

eiffel tower dreams fulfilled!
eiffel tower view friendly staff clean room spacious room
i was so excited! i got a medium executive double room, and the eiffel tower view was very nice. the staff was super friendly and helped me with all my questions, i appreciated their attentiveness. the room was clean and spacious, really comfortable for my entire stay! i definitely plan to return.
The elevators were tiny. I could barely fit my luggage inside, though i understand space is limited.

friendly staff perfect location really good convenience
i found the staff friendly. they were very helpful throughout my stay. the location proved perfect with the metro right across the street and a short walk to the eiffel tower. i appreciated the convenience and accessibility this offered.
i noticed the doors could be quite loud occasionally.

inconvenient refrigerator unprofessional checkout
The lack of a refrigerator in the room was inconvenient during the summer heat. i found the checkout process to be somewhat unprofessional. a staff member inspected our room while we waited. This should have been done more discreetly. i also felt that the deposit refund took longer than expected.
